Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions by stc) has signed a contract worth SAR 364 million with Center3 Company for Data Centers and Communications to develop a new data center in Dammam, according to a disclosure published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The contract has a duration of 18 months and covers site infrastructure preparation, project facilities, engineering works, construction, site preparation, final fit-out, technical and sanitary works, as well as testing and commissioning.
Saudi Telecom Company (stc) is the largest shareholder in both solutions and Center3. stc owns approximately 79% of solutions and 100% of Center3.
